Shipping policy
All RTS (Ready to Ship) products will ship same day when order placed before 2:00pm; otherwise will ship next day or in 2 business days.
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.
Charms & Things is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, etc)
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
Fulfillment time is 1-3 business days.
(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)
Which means we will pack and get your order ready within 1-3 business days.
This is NOT a shipping & delivering time.
Once packages are dispatched, Charms & Things does not hold any control.
For any issues (delays, address changes, etc) please contact the carrier.
Charms & Things does not hold any responsibility for delayed, stolen packages once it is dispatched from our fulfillment facility.

US ORDERS
All USA orders ship from Florida.
Charms & Things use USPS or UPS to ship your order (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method).
This can take anywhere between 2-10 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
Charms & Things does not hold any responsibility for delayed, stolen packages once it is dispatched from our facility.
* If your package is damaged by carrier, please contact them to receive refund on your items.
